CUSTOMER SERVICE:
We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 48 hours for your email to be responded to. Please contact us at moodybabehelp@gmail.com 

RETURN POLICY:

• Due to the made-to-order nature of items in the shop – exchanges and returns are not accepted. HOWEVER, if something doesn't seem right or your order arrives damaged, please contact me ASAP and I will always make it right 🫶

 

PROBLEM WITH ORDER/DAMAGED ITEMS:
All damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us at moodybabehelp@gmail.com with a photo attached as well as your name and order number. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for replacement.  


ORDER CHANGES:
We are so grateful for your order! Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed. Double + triple check that all details are correct.

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS:
Moody Babe is NOT responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. PLEASE double-check your information before checking out entirely. We cannot make changes after an item has shipped or is in transit. If you have entered the wrong address by mistake, please contact us ASAP at moodybabehelp@gmail.com 


CANCELLED ORDERS:
Please make sure you want your item before you place your order. We do not allow order cancellations due to the quick turn-around time of our manufacturer. 


SHIPPING:
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Moody Babe, LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package status has been updated to "delivered" and should, by all accounts, be in your hands - we cannot be held accountable if you've in fact not received your items. If you have a problem, YOU (the customer) are responsible for contacting the postal service (USPS) to file a claim. (We suggest calling, as it is sometimes more effective).

We offer multiple brands of products and sizing varies between them. There is a size chart on each product's page with their measurements. For additional questions about sizing, please contact
