CUSTOMER SERVICE:

RETURN POLICY:
• Due to the made-to-order nature of items in the shop – exchanges and returns are not accepted. HOWEVER, if something doesn't seem right or your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP and we will always make it right 🫶
PROBLEM WITH ORDER/DAMAGED ITEMS:
All damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please e-mail moodybabehelp@gmail.com & include your name, the order number and what is wrong (defective, misprint, the wrong size sent..etc.)
If you contact us after 5 days of receiving (marked as delivered per tracking) your damaged item, you will not be eligible for store credit or replacement.
PLEASE ATTACH A PHOTO OF YOUR ORDER ISSUE. If no proof of order error can be given, no store credit will be issued.
EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items are final sale. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out at moodybabehelp@gmail.com ASAP
PLEASE NOTE: Moody Babe, LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package status has been updated to "delivered" and should, by all accounts, be in your hands - we cannot be held accountable if you've in fact not received your items. If you have a problem, YOU (the customer) are responsible for contacting the postal service (USPS) to file a claim. (We suggest calling, as it is sometimes more effective).
Moody Babe is also NOT responsible for any incorrect addresses entered at checkout. PLEASE double-check your information before checking out entirely. We cannot make changes after an item has shipped or is in transit. If you have entered the wrong address by mistake, please contact us ASAP at moodybabehelp@gmail.com
